Information you give us

When you request a quotation, request technical data sheets or contact us, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the commercial details of your enquiry such as vessel or plant, port or location, product and quantity, together with any message you write. Requests sent from the website are delivered to us by email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect technical information about your visit — the pages you view, the approximate region you visit from, the type of device and browser you use, and the site or advertisement that brought you here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation or send the documents you asked for.
